Terms of Service
1. Services
We create digital assets for businesses (3D models, renders, animations, and graphics). The final scope, formats, and delivery timeline are defined in your order, payment link, or written agreement.
2. Project Flow
- Work starts after scope confirmation and payment (full or partial, depending on the package).
- Revisions cover reasonable adjustments to match the approved brief.
- Extra requests (new angles, new formats, major changes) may require an additional quote.
3. Payments & Delivery
Payments are processed via a third-party provider. Deliverables are provided digitally (download link / email / cloud transfer). Please download and back up files after delivery.
4. Usage Rights
After full payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables for your business. Reselling or redistributing files as standalone assets is not permitted unless agreed in writing.
5. Refunds
Because services are custom and digital, refunds are generally not available once production has started or after delivery. If you need to cancel, contact us as early as possible.
6. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
